We had the pleasure of staying at this villa for three weeks between April and May 2022.
We had a fantastic time and would totally recommend.
The villa itself is thoroughly clean, modern with great access to most areas. It’s in a quiet area so you can really unwind from the parks.
The pool area is beautiful and not overlooked as it backs on to a conservation area.
The gated complex is friendly and welcoming to guests.
We had a small issue with the spa heat on our first few days but it was sorted within a day, nothing was too much trouble when we spoke to the owners.
The villa is spacious and well equipped for everything that you might need. Including extra towels and linen.
A publix supermarket is a few minutes away.
It took us about an hours drive from the airport to get to.
I would stay here again 100% if I visited Orlando.

Great Location, Amazing villa
I recently rented out this brand new family villa and all I can say is WOW. It is a stunning, luxurious, spacious and comfortable villa in a truly relaxing atmosphere. Whilst we were very close to all the major parks the villa is wonderful for the rest days in-between your trips. It backs onto a conservation area so the only things that you will see are the sandhill cranes that are resident at Watersong. I can’t wait to return next year.

Wonderful villa, at a perfect location!!
My husband and I recently stayed at this new, modern family villa for a long weekend, and loved our stay. There was a group of six of us staying, and there was plenty of room to accommodate us within the spacious villa. The beds were very comfortable, all having their own bathroom and closets/dressers. We were very impressed by the large open layout, with the kitchen and living room overlooking the pool and outdoor area. The pool was heated and had a separate hot tub which was great, to relax and watch the group of cranes and wildlife roam. The location was perfect, close to the shops, and more importantly the parks. We went to the Halloween Fright Night at Universal Studios, which we thoroughly recommend at this time of year! We are already planning our next stay at the villa!!

Four generation family holiday
The villa is set in a very smart gated community There is ample room in this well maintained villa. We loved the pool area after a day at the parks.
The booking process which is completed over the internet was quite straight forward.
I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

A Disney and Universal Vacation
The Villa was perfect for our 4 families. We usually stay on Disney property but we all wanted to hang out together in the evenings after a long day in the parks (waiting in lines). You usually can't do this with single hotel rooms. Paradise Palms was perfect for this, large open areas to cook dinner while watching March Madness on the TV while the kids splash in the pool and hot tub. Really, hanging out in the house was the best part of the trip.

Amazing Villa
What an amazing spacious villa. The owners have put extra thought and consideration into the needs and comfort of their guests.
Pool and deck area is gorgeous, and the pictures don’t do it justice.
The rooms are beautifully presented, bright and airy feel and spotlessly clean.
Make sure you visit the ‘club house’.
Lots of extra facilities and super pool area.
New publix just down the road.
Will definitely return. Booking was direct with the owners and totally hassle free.
